Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: Cancellations are not accepted. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to assist you with any issues.

Q: Are there any customs fees? A: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: As all our products are made to order, we do not offer a full refund. If the item is unworn or unused and in its original condition, we will refund 50% of the order amount minus the shipping costs (if applied) for the return. Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

A: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at rapyskull@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
